Your board has a built-in blog. Every post you publish appears on your board at /blog, gets its own page at /blog/your-post-path, is added to your sitemap, and is included in your board's RSS feed. It is the easiest way to add fresh, keyword-rich content that helps your board rank, without touching any other tool.
Create your first post
In the sidebar, open Content and click Posts.
Click Add blog post (top right; on an empty board the same button also appears in the middle of the page).
Fill in Title. This is the only required text field, and it drives two things automatically: the post's URL path and its default page title.
Write your post in the Content editor (details below).
Click Add blog post at the bottom of the form.
You should see a "Blog post saved" confirmation, and you are moved to the post's edit page so you can keep refining it. Saving again from there updates the same post instead of creating a duplicate.
The content editor
The editor is a full rich-text editor: headings, bold, italic, lists, links, quotes and more. Two features are worth calling out:
Images: images you add through the editor are uploaded, resized and optimized automatically, so you can paste in large photos without slowing your pages down.
Video embeds: the embed button turns a YouTube or Vimeo link into a responsive 16:9 player inside the post.
If you prefer to work in HTML, flip the Edit raw HTML switch under the editor. The same content appears as editable HTML source; flip it back any time.
Optional settings: cover, author, summary, category
Below the content you'll find an Optional Settings section. Everything here can be left empty; the post still publishes fine.
Cover Image: click Add files and pick a .jpg, .jpeg or .png. The recommended size is 1600 x 900 pixels (a 16:9 ratio). The cover shows on the blog index card and at the top of the post. Use Replace or Remove to change it later.
Author: a display name shown with the post. Left empty, no author line is shown.
Summary: a short teaser displayed in the blog post list along with the title and image. Left empty, the list shows just the title and cover.
Category: pick one of your active blog categories from the dropdown, or leave it on No category. If you have no categories yet, the form shows a Create a new category link instead; after creating one in the other tab, click the refresh icon next to the picker to load it without losing your draft. See Blog categories.
SEO settings: path, title, description
Path: the post's URL slug, shown after a fixed prefix like your board address plus
/blog/. It auto-fills from the title (lowercase, hyphens between words) until you edit it manually, after which it stops following the title. Only lowercase letters, numbers and single hyphens are allowed, and it must start and end with a letter or number. If another post already uses the same path, saving fails with "A post with this path already exists."SEO Title: overrides the page's
<title>tag in search results. Left empty, the post title is used. Aim for roughly 50 to 60 characters with your main keyword near the front.SEO Description: the meta description shown under the title in search results. One or two sentences that make someone want to click. Left empty, your Summary is used instead, so a well-written summary does double duty.
Tip: pick your path once and keep it. If you must change a published post's URL later, add a redirect from the old path so inbound links keep working. See URL redirects.
Publish now, schedule, or keep as draft
Three controls at the bottom decide when and whether the post is visible:
Publish Date: defaults to today, which publishes immediately. Choose a future date to schedule the post; it stays hidden on the public blog until that day, with no further action needed from you. Click Publish right away next to the picker to clear a scheduled date.
Active: on by default. Turn it off to hide the post from your blog entirely while keeping it saved, which is the closest thing to a draft state.
Featured: off by default. Turns on a highlight for this post across your blog.
Manage posts from the list
The Posts list shows each post with its cover thumbnail, path, author, publish date, last update, an Active or Inactive status badge, and a Featured badge. From the row menu you can:
View live: opens the post on your public board in a new tab.
Edit: opens the same form you used to create it.
Delete: removes the post permanently, after a confirmation dialog. Select multiple checkboxes to bulk-delete.
Use the search box to find posts by text, the filter button to narrow by Active, Featured, or created and updated date ranges, and the sort button to order by Title, Created, or Last update.
Where your posts show up
Blog index: your board's
/blogpage lists all published posts, newest first.Sitemap: published posts are added to your board's sitemap automatically, so search engines find them without any setup.
RSS: your board serves a blog feed at
/blog.rss, on by default. Readers and aggregators can subscribe to it; you can toggle it off under Export feeds.
Want to control the title and intro copy of the /blog index page itself? That lives in Custom SEO content.
Tip: while you edit, an "Unsaved changes" bar appears at the top of the dashboard with Discard and Save buttons, so you can save from anywhere on the page. Discard reverts everything, including a newly selected cover image.
