You do not have to run the board alone. The Team page lets you invite colleagues by email, choose what they can do, and remove access when someone leaves. Invitations, membership, and roles are all managed in one place.
Roles: Admin and Member
Every teammate has a role, chosen when you invite them and changeable later:
Admin has full control, including the team itself: inviting people, changing roles, and removing members. Sensitive board settings, such as changing the board address or attaching a custom domain, also require an admin.
Member is the day-to-day role for managing content: jobs, applications, candidates, employers, and the blog. Members see a note on the Team page: "Only admins can invite teammates or change roles."
The invite dialog deliberately defaults to Member, so you never hand out admin access by accident. Give Admin only to people who genuinely need to manage settings and other people's access.
How many people you can invite
Team size is a plan limit: 2 members on Pro, 10 on Advanced, unlimited on Enterprise. The count includes pending invitations, since each one will become a member when accepted. At the cap, the Invite teammate button disappears and a notice appears instead: "Your plan includes N team members. Upgrade to invite more." Revoking a pending invitation or removing a member frees a seat immediately; to raise the cap, see your easyboard subscription.
Invite a teammate
Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then open the Team card (described as "Invite members, change roles, revoke access"). You land on the Team page: "People who can sign in to this workspace and manage your job board."
Click Invite teammate in the top-right corner.
In the Invite a teammate dialog, enter their Email. This is the address the invitation is sent to and the one they will sign in with.
Pick a Role. It defaults to Member; switch to Admin only if they should manage settings and the team.
Click Send invitation.
You will see a confirmation ("Invitation sent to their address"), and a Pending invitations section appears below the members table listing the email, the role they will get, and when the invite expires. The invitee receives an email with a link to join this workspace; once they accept and create their account, they move from Pending invitations into the Members table with an Active badge.
Manage pending invitations
Each row in Pending invitations has a row-actions menu with two options:
Copy invite link copies the acceptance URL so you can hand it to the person directly (useful when the email lands in spam).
Revoke invitation cancels it. A dialog confirms: "The invite link sent to that address will stop working." Click Revoke. Revoking frees the seat and is the right move for typos; just send a fresh invite to the correct address.
If an invitation passes its expiry date without being accepted, the link stops working on its own; send a new one.
Change someone's role
On the Team page, find the person in the Members table.
Open the dropdown in their Role column and pick the new role.
The change applies immediately and you get a confirmation ("Their name is now Admin"). Note that your own row, marked with a You chip, has no role dropdown and no remove action: you cannot demote or remove yourself, which guarantees a workspace can never lock out its last admin by accident.
Remove a member
In the Members table, open the row-actions menu on the person's row and choose Remove from team.
The dialog confirms: they "will lose access to this workspace. You can invite them again later." Click Remove.
Removal takes effect immediately; they can no longer sign in to this workspace. Nothing they created is deleted: jobs, posts, and other content stay on the board.
Access is per workspace
If you run more than one board, each workspace has its own team. Inviting someone to one board grants access to that board only; to give them access to another, invite them there too, and their roles can differ per board. A person who belongs to several workspaces switches between them with the workspace switcher at the bottom of the sidebar. For company-wide login through your identity provider instead of per-person invites, see Enterprise SSO.
