Your easyboard subscription is the flat fee for the board itself. It is entirely separate from the money your board makes: revenue from employers goes through your own Stripe account and you keep 100% of it (see Connect Stripe). This guide covers the plans, the trial, and every control on the Billing page.
Plans and pricing
Pro: 199 dollars per month, or 1,910 dollars per year. Everything to launch a real board: unlimited jobs, candidate and employer management, blog and content tools, payments through your own Stripe.
Advanced: 299 dollars per month, or 2,870 dollars per year. Adds the custom domain with automatic SSL, resume database and search, featured and pinned listings, employer subscriptions, API and webhooks, and more. Team size grows from 2 to 10.
Enterprise: 9,000 dollars per year, billed annually only. Adds SSO/SAML, multiple workspaces under one login, unlimited team members, and dedicated support.
Annual billing is roughly 20% cheaper than paying monthly for a year. If a feature you want is grayed out with an upgrade prompt (attaching a custom domain on Pro, for instance), that is a plan boundary, and the prompt names the plan that includes it.
Your free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends; if you cancel before then, you pay nothing. While trialing, a Trial chip in the dashboard top bar shows the days remaining, for example Trial (14d), and clicking it opens the Billing page.
On the Billing page during a trial you will see exactly what is coming: the status badge reads Free trial, a line states "Free trial ends" with the date, and a First charge row shows the amount and date of the first payment. Two trial-specific choices:
End trial and start now converts you to paid immediately. The confirmation dialog fetches an itemized preview (plan price, tax, total charged today) so you see the exact amount before confirming. There is no undo; the trial cannot be reinstated.
Cancel subscription before the trial ends stops the first charge from ever happening.
Find your billing page
Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar, then open the Billing card (described as "Your plan, invoices and payment method").
The page opens with the subscription card: your workspace name, plan (for example Advanced plan), billing interval (Monthly or Annual), a status badge (Free trial, Active, Past due, and so on), and the relevant date line ("Free trial ends...", "Renews...", or "Scheduled to cancel on..."). Once your billing account exists, four more cards follow: Payment method, Billing emails, Receipt details, and Invoices.
Change your plan or billing interval
On the Billing page, click Change plan.
Pick the new plan or switch between monthly and annual. The page shows the exact charge or credit before you confirm, so upgrades and downgrades are never a surprise; any active discount is factored into the confirmed amount.
After confirming, the subscription card reflects the new plan immediately, and features gated to the new tier unlock right away.
Update your payment method
On the Payment method card, which shows the card on file ("Visa ending in 4242", with its expiry), click Update (or Add a card if none is saved).
On the Update payment method page, enter the new card and billing address, then submit. The page notes that the new card "replaces the one on file and is charged on your next renewal", and the billing address is updated at the same time so taxes stay accurate.
Invoices, receipts, and billing emails
Invoices lists every charge on the workspace, including taxes and refunds, each with a status badge and two buttons: View opens the hosted invoice page, PDF downloads it.
Billing emails sends a copy of every invoice and receipt to extra recipients. Add your finance team's addresses under Additional recipients and click Save changes; they get the paperwork without needing dashboard access.
Receipt details is free text printed on your invoices: company name, address, VAT or tax ID. Fill it in once and every future invoice carries it.
Cancel, resume, and what happens if payment fails
On the Billing page, click Cancel subscription.
The dialog explains the terms: you keep access until the end of the current billing period (the date is shown), after which the board is paused until you start a new subscription. Click Cancel subscription to confirm.
Cancellation is scheduled, not instant: the status badge changes to Cancels at period end and everything keeps working until that date. Changed your mind? A Resume subscription button appears; one click turns auto-renewal back on.
If a renewal charge fails, the status becomes Past due and a warning chip appears in the top bar while the charge is retried; your board stays online during retries. Fix it by updating the card on the Payment method card. If payment ultimately lapses, the workspace is paused and the dashboard reduces to a single billing screen with an Update payment button; settling the payment restores full access, and your data is untouched throughout.
