easyboard gives you a full storefront for your job board: priced posting packages, featured upgrades, recurring employer plans, and even paid job-seeker memberships. This article maps what you can sell, where each tool lives in the dashboard, and the order to set things up in. Each section links to a deeper guide with click-by-click steps.
How money flows on easyboard
Two things make easyboard's model different from a marketplace:
You connect your own Stripe account. Every sale settles directly into your Stripe account, not ours. easyboard never touches your revenue and adds no transaction fee: you keep 100% of what employers and job seekers pay you.
easyboard bills its own subscription separately. The only thing you pay easyboard is your SaaS plan, which is charged to the card you set up when you created the board. That is a completely separate billing relationship, managed under Your easyboard subscription.
Because your Stripe account does the charging, nothing paid can be sold until Stripe is connected. That is always step one: see Connect Stripe to get paid.
What you can sell
Everything you sell is a product, created on one screen and shown on a public pricing page. The main models:
Job posting packages. One-off products that give an employer a number of job posting credits (1 credit = 1 job) with a listing duration you choose. A "Single Job Posting" at a fixed price is the classic starter product. See Sell job postings and upgrades.
Featured and pinned upgrades. Products can make the jobs posted with them featured (highlighted), pinned to the top of the board, or feature the employer on your home page. You can also create add-on products (Featured, Urgent, Boost) that employers buy for a specific job they already posted.
Employer subscriptions and credit bundles. Recurring monthly or yearly plans, or discounted multi-credit bundles for repeat hirers. Optionally include access to your candidate profiles database. See Employer subscriptions and packages.
Job-seeker memberships. Flip the audience of a product to "Job seekers" and you can sell memberships, time-limited passes, featured profiles, and priority applications, optionally behind a full paywall. See Monetize job seekers.
Free tiers. A product can also be free. Free products appear on the pricing page too and are claimed without a card, which is a good on-ramp before an employer buys a paid package.
Where each tool lives
In the sidebar, open Monetization. The group contains six daily-use surfaces:
Products: create and order everything you sell. This is what builds your pricing page.
Orders: every purchase, with buyer, amount, discount, and status, exportable to CSV. See Orders: your sales ledger.
Subscriptions: active recurring plans for employers and job seekers, plus cancellation feedback.
Coupons: percentage or fixed-amount discount codes employers apply at checkout. See Coupons and discounts.
Affiliates: tracked referral links for partners, with per-partner sales and revenue. See Affiliate and referral tracking.
Job seekers: the access-level control (open, require login, or paywall).
Two set-once configuration pages live in the Settings hub instead. At the bottom of the sidebar, click Settings, then open the Payment platform card (Stripe connection, currency, receipts, pricing-page toggles) or the Tax card (tax collection). See Connect Stripe to get paid and Tax settings.
The two pricing pages
Products are sold on two public pages of your board, one per audience:
Employers buy at
/pricingon your board address. Products with the audience "Employers" appear here.Job seekers buy at
/account/pricing. Products with the audience "Job seekers" appear here.
Each page has an on/off switch on the Payment platform page, so you can run employer monetization without any job-seeker offering, or vice versa. A disabled pricing page returns a 404.
A sensible setup order
Connect Stripe. Bottom of the sidebar: Settings, then Payment platform, then Connect to Stripe. Until Stripe onboarding is complete, the Products page shows a "Payments aren't set up" warning and paid products cannot be purchased.
Set billing basics. On the same page, pick your Currency and Default billing country, and add your business details to Additional receipt information.
Create your first products. Sidebar: Monetization, then Products, then Add product. Start with one or two clear posting packages.
Decide on tax. If you need to collect VAT, GST, or sales tax, configure it before selling: Settings, then Tax.
Optional extras. Add coupons for launch discounts, affiliate links for partners, and a job-seeker offering once employer sales are running.
Watch the results. Check Orders and Subscriptions in the Monetization group, and the revenue view under Insights.
What easyboard charges you
Nothing per sale. There is no commission, no application fee, and no markup on Stripe's own processing fees. Your costs are your easyboard plan (billed separately, see Your easyboard subscription) and Stripe's standard processing fees, which Stripe deducts on their side as with any Stripe account. Note that subscription-priced products are a capability of the Advanced plan and up; one-off and free products are available on every plan.
