easyboard tracks your board's performance automatically. Job views, apply clicks, applications, signups, and revenue are all collected without any setup: no Google Analytics account, no tracking snippet, no cookie. This article walks through the three reporting pages and explains what each number means.
Open your analytics
In the sidebar, open Insights and click Analytics.
You land on the overview: eight metric tiles, a timeframe picker, and a chart. The subtitle under the page title shows the exact date range being reported and notes that figures refresh hourly.
The Insights group holds two more pages you will use below: Leaderboards and Revenue.
What the eight tiles mean
Revenue: money from paid orders on your board (job postings, subscriptions, and other products you sell). See Monetize your board.
New jobs: jobs created in the period.
Job views: visits to your job detail pages.
Applications: applications submitted through your board.
Apply clicks: clicks on the apply button. This is the number to watch for jobs that link out to an external application page, where no application is submitted on your board.
Job alerts: new job alert signups.
New employers and New job seekers: accounts created on your board.
Each tile shows the period total plus a percentage change against the comparison period. When the comparison period had zero, the tile shows New instead of a percentage, since there is nothing to divide by.
Pick a timeframe and comparison
Open the Timeframe dropdown. The options are Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 3 months, Last 6 months, Last 12 months, Month to date, All time, and Custom, which lets you enter your own start and end dates.
Open the Compared to dropdown and choose Previous period (the default), Previous month, or No comparison to hide the deltas entirely.
The same picker appears on the Leaderboards and Revenue pages, so all three views can report the same window. Days are bucketed in UTC.
Chart any metric
Click any tile to swap the large chart below to that metric. The chart heading changes to match, for example Applications over time. The currently charted tile is highlighted with a colored border. The timeframe you picked is kept when you switch tiles.
Leaderboards: your best performers
In the sidebar, open Insights and click Leaderboards.
Pick a timeframe with the same Timeframe and Compared to controls.
You get three top-10 tables:
Top jobs by views: each job's Views, Applies, and Apply rate (applies divided by views). A low apply rate on a high-view job usually means the description or the application step needs work.
Top employers: jobs Posted in the period and the Views their jobs drew.
Top searches: the terms visitors searched on your board and how often. These are strong candidates for SEO landing pages.
A panel with no activity in the period shows No data in this period yet.
Revenue reporting
In the sidebar, open Insights and click Revenue.
The four cards at the top are:
MRR and ARR: monthly and annual recurring revenue. These are current snapshots of your active subscriptions, so they do not change when you change the timeframe.
Active subscriptions: how many employer subscriptions are active right now.
Revenue (period): paid orders inside the selected timeframe.
Below the Revenue over time chart, two tables break things down: Revenue by source (orders and revenue per product) and Recurring revenue by plan (subscriptions and MRR per plan). For individual orders, see Orders and sales.
Export to CSV
On the Analytics overview, click Export CSV in the top right.
A file downloads with one row per day in your current timeframe and one column per metric. Revenue is exported in whole dollars, so the file opens cleanly in a spreadsheet. You should see an Analytics exported confirmation.
Where the data comes from
Views and apply clicks are recorded on the server as pages render, and deduplicated to one count per visitor, per job, per day using an anonymous hash of the visitor's IP address and browser. No tracking cookie is set, so the built-in analytics work even for visitors who reject cookies in your consent banner. The dashboard reads from an hourly rollup, which is why a view you just made can take up to an hour to appear.
