Every job on your board is posted under an employer: a company profile with a name, logo and description. Employers get their own public pages on the board, and, if you enable self-service, their own portal to post jobs and manage applicants without involving you.
Open the Employers list
In the sidebar, open Recruiting and click Employers.
Each row shows the company (with logo and website), its live Jobs count, Created and Last update dates, Status (Active or Inactive) and whether it is Featured.
Use the search box to find a company by name, the funnel icon to filter by Active or Featured, and the sort icon to reorder. A fresh board ships with a few sample employers (yellow Sample badge); editing one clears the badge, and Remove sample data clears them all.
Add an employer
On the Employers page, click Add Employer.
Fill in Company Name (required). Everything else is optional.
Company Website: the company's URL, shown on its public profile (must start with http or https).
Company Description: a rich-text description; culture, mission, perks.
Logo: upload a JPG or PNG. It is shown next to the company's jobs across the board, so even a simple mark makes listings look dramatically better.
Review the three switches:
Active: inactive employers are hidden from your board but kept in the database.
Featured: highlights this employer across your board (for example in a featured-companies section, theme permitting).
Verified: shows a verified checkmark next to the company on your board, a trust signal you hand out on your own criteria.
Click Add Employer.
You get an "Employer saved" confirmation and land on the employer's edit page. The company is now available in the job form's Employer picker (see Post and manage jobs).
Employers and their jobs
The Jobs count column tracks each company's listings and stays in sync automatically.
Jobs display the employer's name and logo; the name is stamped onto the job when saved, so listings render fast on the public board.
Deleting an employer does not delete its jobs: they stay on the board with the company name they were posted under, only the profile link is cleared. Delete the jobs first if you want them gone too.
Import sources can create employers automatically from each posting's company name, or pin every import to one employer.
The self-serve employer portal
Your board has an employer area where companies help themselves: they register and log in at /employer on your board's address (for example acme-jobs.mydevboard.com/employer), and get a portal to:
Post and manage their jobs: submissions respect your Job approval policy, so nothing goes live without review unless you allow it.
Track applicants to their listings, including answers to their screening questionnaires.
Edit their company profile: description, logo, and a cover image for their public page.
Buy postings and packages when you monetize: see Sell job postings and Employer subscriptions and packages.
Search your talent pool, on plans where the resume database is included: see Manage candidates.
The registration and login forms for this portal are customizable with the signup form builder. An employer account's contact email is also where moderation decision emails go.
Export and bulk cleanup
Click Export at the top of the Employers page to download the current list (with your search and filters applied) as a CSV. A toast confirms how many employers were exported.
To delete several employers at once, tick the checkboxes at the left of the rows (the header checkbox selects the whole page). A bar appears above the table with a Delete button; confirm, and a toast reports how many were removed. Remember that each company's jobs survive the deletion, so clean those up first if needed. When in doubt, flip Active off instead: the company disappears from the board but keeps its profile, logo and history.
